Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border around all three sides. In the center of the flag is a white six-point star. White cotton hoist. Machine-stitched using brown threads, and white threads around the star. Inscription on hoist: "3rd Brg. 2nd Div. 8 Army Corps."
