Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with pie-shaped red triangle corners. The edges of the red triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. In the center of the flag is a blue cross bottony. White cotton hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "4th Brg. 3rd Div 18Army Corps." Machine stitching; flat-felled seams.
