Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with red heptagonal applique with a circle cutout in the center (meaning the white circle in the center is the ground fabric). The edges of the heptagon are concave. White paint outlines seven red spears (applique fabric) that extend from the circle and terminate at each angle in the heptagon. Green laurel leaves painted in the white circle. White cotton hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "Div Headquarters 1st Veteran Army Corps." The flag has machine-stitched seams.
