Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with pie-shaped triangles in each corner. The edges of the triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. Blue crescent in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist is machine-stitched with an open sleeve; no grommets. Machine-stitched flat-felled seams using off-white cotton thread. Hand-stitched (blanket stitch) at the edges of the hoist triangles on the top and bottom edge of the flag. Hand-stitched (whipstitch) closes fly end. Inscription on hoist reads "4th Brg. 3rd Div. 11 Army Corps".
