Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with red triangles forming each of the three corners. The edges of the triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. There is a blue pentagonal cross in the center of the flag. Machine-stitched, open sleeve hoist is made of white cotton and does not have grommets. Flag has machine-stitched flat-felled seams. Inscription on hoist reads "R C Toy 49 N 9th Phila 22 Army Corps 4th Brg 3rd Div".
