Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border on the hoist side. White crescent in center of flag. White cotton hoist is machine-stitched with open pole sleeve; fabric has one horizontal blue thread running through it. No grommets on hoist. Machine-stitched flat-felled seams. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Brg. 2nd Div. 11 Army Corps".
