Wool bunting pennant flag. Red field with a white inverted crescent surrounding a five-point star in the center of the flag. White canvas hoist with an inscription that reads "Brg/Art'y 7th Army Corps." Machine-stitched flat-felled seams. Star and crescent applique are machine-stitched. Hand-basted, overcast stitch at tail.
