Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Blue field with a white inverted crescent surrounding a white five-point star in the center of the flag. In the star is a red number "7". The crescent, star, and number are all cotton. White cotton canvas hoist with a grommet at each end; the inscription on the hoist reads "ARMY/CORPS HEADQUARTERS." The flag panels and heading are machine-stitched while the appliques are hand- and machine-stitched.
