Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with a cotton red square bastioned fort design in the center of the flag. White square corner reinforcements at the hoist edge. Undyed cotton hoist with a tarnished brass grommet at each end. An inscription on the hoist reads "10TH ARMY / CORPS 1ST DIVISION." Flat-felled seams.
