Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with blue diamond in center of flag. Each corner forms a red triangle; the edge of the triangle facing the diamond is convex. Unbleached canvas hoist. Machine stitching. Flag panels have flat-felled seams. Cotton threads of white, red, and blue. The inscription on the hoist reads "4th Brg 3rd Div. 3rd Army Corps."
