Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Blue field with a white square bastioned fort in the center of the flag. Inside the white design is a red number "10". Both the white design and the red number are hand-stitched cotton. Reinforcement squares at both hoist corners. White cotton canvas hoist with a grommet at either end. An inscription on the hoist reads "10 ARMY / CORP HEADQUARTERS." Flag panels and heading are machine-stitched.
