Jacquard woven ribbon with floral design of small white and red flowers with green leaves on black ground; flowers connected by long stems and grasses in brown; narrow dark brown band with repeating design of dark brown circles with light brown center on interior side runs along edge. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
