Jacquard woven ribbon with abstract design of pink and red dragon in serpentine curl on green ground connected to curls of acanthus leaves and vines in brown and yellow. repeating chain of purple and white flowers with green stems and leaves; brown band along edge outlined with narrow gold band on interior side. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
