Jacquard woven ribbon with floral motif composed of polychrome flowers surrounded by green leaves on black ground; flowers connected by trailing ivy leaves in beige; narrow red band along edges with beige edging. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
