A fifteen-page pamphlet published by the Daily Worker, “The Scottsboro Boys – Four Freed! Five To Go!” The saddle-stitched pamphlet is printed in black ink on brown paper. The front cover features a design of four male figures (representing the freed young men), arms held aloft in victory, at the top, while at the bottom, five male figures sit, still imprisoned. In between these drawings in large black print is: [THE / SCOTTSBORO / BOYS / - / Four Freed! / Five To Go! / by ANGELO HERNDON]. The interior contents gives a summary and call to action on the Scottsboro Boys. There are no illustrations or graphics. On the back cover, in large bold black print is “6 Years of Struggle” followed by a summary of the Daily Worker, along with a subscription offer.
