Red green and yellow plaid petticoat

A red, green, and yellow plaid petticoat. The skirt is made from two main sections of acetate fabric that has an all over red, green, yellow, black, and white plaid pattern. There is a .25” wide panel of brown elastic sewn to the skirt yoke, and the yoke is made from two panels of fabric seamed together at the sides. Two panels of plaid acetate cut on the bias make up the main section of the skirt. The inside of the petticoat is unlined but there are two interior layers of white synthetic tulle – the top layer is 8.5” wide and the bottom layer is 6” wide. Both layers are edged with self-fabric .25” wide binding. At the interior center back is a fabric label that reads [TROUSSEAUX / BY / TERRIS] All the seams have been sewn together with machine overcast stitches.
