A black petticoat with black polka dot trim. The petticoat features a 1.5” wide synthetic twill waistband with a band of elastic in waistband channel. Four layers of black bobbinet (tulle) are gathered and sewn to the waistband. Each layer of the skirt is composed to two panels of tulle sewn together at the side seams. The outermost layer of tulle has a net ruffle sewn to the bottom that’s covered in .5” diameter black velveteen polka dots. There is no brand label.
