A brown velvet hat with a rouched decoration. The hat sides are one panel of brown cotton velveteen joined together at the center front. The center front seam is covered by the front decoration which is made from multiple self-fabric pieces that have been joined together, scrunched up, and sewn to the front of the hat. There is 2.5” wide hat band that goes around the hat base. Non-woven stiffener is inside the hatband (possibly plastic) for added structure. The inside of the hat is lined with dark brown, maroon synthetic twill weave and the lining construction mirrors that of the outside of the hat. Two self-fabric ties, both measuring about 13” are hand tacked the lining on the inside. There is no label.
