Creme floral printed cape

A creme floral printed cape. The cape is made of polyester knit and is printed with purple, green, red, and pink flowers. The cape has a two-inch-wide self-fabric band which wraps around the neck. The band opens in the center front with two metal snaps on each side of the band and a metal hook and eye on the inside of the band. A self-fabric tie is looped through the metal eye on the proper right side of the opening along the band. The cape is made of made of a single width of fabric which is heavily gathered below the band. It is open in the center font and has a fifteen-inch-wide hem which is hand sewn with monofilament thread. Two plastic buttons are sewn together on each side of the cape which create four-inch-wide arm holes. A pair of metal snaps are sewn along each bottom edge of the cape at the center front opening. The cape is handsewn and has no label.
