She is wearing a dark tone overcoat with a fur trimmed collar over a dark blouse with white trim at the neckline and a white collar. She is also wearing a fedora style hat with a downturned brim, accented with a stitched, five petal flower at the front center of the crown. She is shown in front of a cloudy photographic backdrop. The rectangular photograph is adhered to a cream color, rectangular, cardboard mount. The reverse is plain with a surface loss along the bottom right edge.
