The second of two plain postcards from N.M. Coles to Amanda Carter. It is handwritten in blue ink, postmarked and stamped. The card is plain paper with a printed 2-cent stamp. It is dated 11/19/1958 and notifies the appointment of a new registrar for the Farmville area upon the death of another.
