A black straw skull cap with feathers and loops. The hat is made of multiple bands of one-inch-wide synthetic straw and monofilament thread ribbon hand sewn together. Two loops of the ribbon along with cream and brown feather remnants are sewn at the proper right side of the hat. The hat is lined with linen synthetic blend and is hand sewn along the edge. Metal wire is placed along the edge of the hat. Buckram is used as a stiffener, it is encased between the exterior ribbons and lining fabric. A capital "F" is hand sewn to the center front interior of the skull cap.
