A navy and black hat with sequins and feathers. The skull cap hat is blocked to shape, it is made of black synthetic satin fabric on the exterior. A one-and-a-half-inch band of navy-blue iridescent sequins is handsewn to the base of the hat. The sequins are set into a knit band made of knitted synthetic and elastic. Blue grey sequins, clear seed beads, and plastic rhinestones are sewn in rows in the shape of a diamond on the proper left side of the hat. Dark blue and black feathers are placed above and below the diamond which lay across the top of the hat and below the proper left side of the hat. White cotton fabric is placed below the bottom feathers. The inside of the hat is lined with black synthetic moire. A plastic comb is attached to each side of the hat along the bottom edge with elastic. A black synthetic cotton blend petersham ribbon is handsewn to the bottom edge of the hat at the interior. A woven fabric label is adhered to the center back interior of the hat above the petersham ribbon. The label reads [Made Especially / FOR YOU BY / La-Privájj - Laura.] The numbers 1987 are written vertically with blue pen on the right side of the label.
