A four page Spanish language manuscript handwritten in ink describing the sale of a lot in colonial New Spain’s Cuidad de Los Ángeles (today Puebla, Mexico). The first and third page are numbered in the upper right corner. The first and fourth page are stamped with two seals in the upper left corner and three lines of printed text as the heading. The fourth page is blank and there is minor wear around the pages.
