A black sequined hat with black ties. The structure of the hat is composed of half of a milk gallon. The surface of the hat is entirely covered with black sequins stitched to a synthetic open weave fabric. The fabric is gathered at the crown of the hat and stitched into place. The interior crown is unlined, however there is a 2.75” inner band made from acetate fabric sewn to the hat’s bottom edge. There are two shoelace ties made from black woven material with black aglets sewn to the interior proper left and proper right of the hat. There is no label.
