He is wearing a dark, three-piece suit with a matching polka dot tie and handkerchief in his breast pocket. He has a round, metal pin on his left, jacket lapel. On his vest he has two pens in his right, breast pocket and a pocket watch chain clipped to the right side of his vest and tucked into a pocket on the right. A number has been handwritten on the back in pencil on the top left corner. A number has been stamped in black on the back on the bottom right corner.
