A cotton petticoat with floral eyelet trim. The petticoat is a circle skirt. It has a center front seam and a center back opening. The selvage is along both sides of the fabric at the center front seam. White cotton self-fabric bias tape is sewn along the waistband, the tape continues to the center back leading into two ties that each measure roughly twenty-three inches. One-inch-wide cotton eyelet trim is machine sewn to the hem of the petticoat. The petticoat is machine sewn and unlabeled.
