A wooden altered molding plane. There is evidence of dents, abrasions, and scratches, but the plane has a dark stain that obscures damage from past use. There is uneven staining and a minor checking crack at the stock toe bottom. In relief on the toe, oriented vertically, is [CE*CHELOR / WRENTHAM]. In relief on the toe, twice, oriented vertically, is [fish symbol containing letters E. M.]. In relief on proper right side at top left is [A]. In relief on proper right side at top right is [R.]. In relief on proper right side at bottom left is [A.]. In relief on proper right side at bottom right is [R.]. In relief on proper left side at top left is [A]. In relief on proper left side at top right is [R].
