Straw hat with yellow band and pink ornament?

A straw hat with a yellow band and pink ornament?. The hat is made of woven straw. It has a raised telescope crown. The brim of the hat flairs outwards and is longer on the front and sides than the back. A light-yellow synthetic knit gauze band is draped over the front of the hat at the top of the brim. The band is channeled through a metal gromet on each side of the hat to the interior, with the ends of the bands hanging downwards. A pink synthetic pom pom is stapled on the front of the brim on the proper left side. A metal wire is placed along the edge of the brim which is encased with machine sewn grey vinyl. The inside of the hat is unlined and unlabeled.
