A black velvet belt with gold metallic thread by Jay Smith. The quilted belt has rounded corners and is composed of two panels of fabric – one top panel of black synthetic velveteen and a bottom layer of black cotton twill, sewn together around the edges. Between the two panels is a layer of synthetic batting and bias tape, made from 5/8” black cotton twill is sewn along the edges of the belt. There are two rows of gold metallic thread machine stitching that run the length of the belt, creating a quilted texture. There is no label.
