A paper tuxedo dickey with bowtie for "Waltz of the Stork" in 1982. The top corners are folded down to create a collar and there are two slits cut below the collar to feed the black synthetic satin bowtie through. The proper left end of the bowtie is slightly longer and has a metal slide adjuster and metal hook at the end. The proper right end of the bowtie is shorter and has a metal ring on the end. [WALTZ / OF THE / STORK] is handwritten on the front of the dickey in large letters with a black marker. The back of the dickey is blank.
