Black velvet pillbox hat with rhinestone bee pin

A black velvet pillbox hat with a rhinestone bee pin. The hat (a) is made of black synthetic velvet, one circular panel is sewn to the top of the crown and another panel is used for the sides of the crown. A black synthetic cotton blended petersham ribbon bow is tacked and pinned to the center back of the hat. The inside of the hat is lined with black ribbed synthetic. A black synthetic cotton blended petersham ribbon is machine sewn to the inner circumference. A metal wire is machine sewn below the petersham ribbon. A woven fabric label is sewn to the center back interior along the petersham ribbon. The label reads [The Hecht Co.]. A size label is sewn to the proper left side of the center back label which reads [22 / M.S.C]. The pin (b) has a metal setting in the shape of a bee. The body of the bee is made of three rhinestones in various cuts including oval, baguette, and marquis shapes. The wings of the bee are made of small round rhinestones. A metal fastener is attached to the back of the pin, it is set diagonally behind on the bee wings.
