A pair of black suede knee high boots. The boots are made of multiple panels of chevron shaped black synthetic suede on the front and backs of the boot leg. A three-inch-long slit is along the top of the center back seam of the boot. An elastic band is sewn at the center back slit. Three metal buttons are on the outer edge of each slit. The buttons are embossed with a sea horse. A black synthetic petersham ribbon is sewn along the top edge of the boots. The boots have a pointed toe and a rubber sole. The boots have a small wide heel made of wood with rubber coating.
