A black-and-white studio portrait of Lew Snowden in a decorative, green glass frame with scalloped cut edges. In the photograph, Lew Snowden is standing at the bottom of a staircase. He is wearing a light-colored Zouave style turban, jacket, vest, and trousers with kneepads. Two watch fobs are connected to his vest at his waist. His right arm is resting on the banister of the staircase and his left hand is holding his jacket. In front of the staircase are banjos, tambourines, and a triangle. He is standing in front of a painted background of a hallway. The back of the frame is made of black card stock and has tape adhered to it.
