Land conveyance for sale of ten acres of land by Heber and Hager Honestman, "a man and a woman Negros," to Nathan Hodges in 1732. Property is in Easton, Massachusetts, and the boundaries are listed in minutes at the end of the document. Document is handwritten script in black ink and has been folded into quarters. The interior contains names of parties, former property owner Daniel Owens, and adjoining property neighbor Matthew Short. When folded, the document's cover reads "Hebers Deed to Nathan Hodges minutes of the bounds" with "EASTON, MASS." appearing in a later hand below.
