The studio backdrop behind him has a stairway with a decorative handrail and trees behind. The photograph has a white border surrounding the image. The image is vertical while the postcard is horizontal. The back of the postcard has the words, [CARTE POSTALE] on the top. Underneath are sections for [Correspondance] and [Adresse]. Below the Adress are four lines for text that begin with [M]. The postcard is blank.
