A black-and-white photograph of a toddler taken by Foster Studio in Bonham, Texas. The full-length portrait captures the little girl standing on a wicker chair and wearing a light color, long-sleeve dress with bows in her hair. The photograph has a rectangular mat frame and backing with serrated edges. Printed along the bottom margin is [Foster / MAIN STUDIO / Bonham, Texas]. On the back is a handwritten inscription in pencil [Prof. D. A. Townsend].
