Hardcover copy of “Designs for Craftsmen” with 224 pages. The book jacket has black, pink, orange, and white sections on the front cover. There is a white circular bamboo grass and root design. The author, title, bamboo symbol and publisher are on the spine of the book jacket and black hardcover binding. The back cover of the book jacket has black, white, and pink sections. There is a list of the crafts included in the book starting with basketry, batik, and beadwork. The book jacket flaps describe the book and author. The binding on the front cover has an embossed bamboo design. The back cover binding is blank. The endpapers have a black and white mechanical pattern. The reverse of the first page has a black and white bookplate with three images of Lois Mailou Jones that says [Lois Jones / Pierre-Noel / EX LIBRIS]. The book has handwritten inscriptions.
