This cabinet card has a photograph of a young woman, Izetta Alexander, gazing to her right. She wears a dark-colored high-button bodice with a standing collar and a light-colored jacket. The woman has metal hoop earrings and wears a metal pin at her collar. Text printed along the bottom of the card mount in black ink reads "Goodman / 69 CHURCH ST., / NEW HAVEN, CONN." Printed on the reverse of the card mount is a blooming rose over a sheet of paper with text reading "GOODMAN / Photographer / 69 CHURCH STREET / NEW HAVEN, / CONN." At the left of the paper sheet is a small boat preparing to cross a body of water with buildings on the opposite shore.
