Sampler worked by Mary Harris in black thread on a natural ground. A border of twenty-two half-lozenges. The upper half of the field has seven alphabets. The lower half of the field is filled with pattern lozenges and wreaths, with baskets of flowers, birds, initials and sentiments: "Tho absent yet beloved," "Token of love."
