Commemorates Commodore Isaac Hull and the battle between the "Constitution" and the "Guirriere". Portrait roundel of Hull at bottom, personifications of Victory and Fame on either side. Fame holds a laurel wreath over Hull's head, while Victory is playing a trumpet. A scene of ships appears above this, near top. Blue ground diapered with six-point stars. Foliate or laurel bands along right and left margins.
