Oval sampler with Adam and Eve below a fruited tree and flanked by trees and stags. Stylized blue and white clouds above the tree. A thin black line splits the oval in half with tasseled swags of red drapery surrounding a lengthy inscription also in red. Red scrolls and a metallic thread bow at the bottom. Sampler has double borders: red zigzags and a scrolling floral vine.
