Embroidered sampler has a deep floral vine border in colored silks. Rectangular openwork design of a double headed eagle flanked by bulls. Initials BJP incorporated into eagle motif. Just above are squares of openwork with a variety of needle made filling stitches. Rectangle on the right has an openwork treatment for an alphabet.
