Folio 66v: Sam Takes Leave of Zal

Although Sam and Zal return to Zabulistan, their kingdom in the east, Manuchihr summons Sam to a war in Mazandaran. Sam thus entrusts Zal with the rule of the kingdom with the help of the local elders and wise men.
