Grigore Antipa National Museum of Natural History

The area of the building extends through northern Europe and Asia to northern North America, Greenland and Iceland. It is a partial migrant who moves south in late autumn and north again in March and April. Its typical habitat is boreal pine, spruce and larch forests or larch forests. In nature the population is decreasing and the species is on the IUCN Red List with minimal concern status. The song is part of the collection Robert Ritter von Dombrowski, who worked at the Museum from 1895-1916.
