Group A I. Change from the ingestion of the fortress Glückstadt in Holstein 5/1 1814. Belonging to the first known Danish artillery system introduced by Fredrik III around 1649 and generally known as “Fredrik III’s Rids.” According to the chamber band existing inscription cast in Glückstadt 1650. With Fredrik III’s name cipher and his choice language: DOMINVS. PROVIDEBET (The Lord shall advise) on the piece of the chamber and Glückstad’s crest (Fortuna on a rolling globe) on the long field. Dimensions: relative length of the race: 21 cal. The drawing shows that the cannon was cast by Franciscus Roen in 1650./BM
