The World Organization of Jews from Arab Countries (WOJAC) has been drawing attention to the fact that in their eyes the real refugees in the Israel/Arab conflict are the Jew from the Arab countries themselves. Today about 4O% of Israel's population are Jews who came from Arab countries. Most of the Jewish refugees were unable to take personal possessions or their money when they fled their homes, From 1948, 750,000 Jews cam from Arab countries to Israel, while 500,000 Arabs left Israel at their own volition during the save period. WOJAC is particularly interested in focusing on the past and present problem of the Jews from Arab lands during the period of the peace process. Photo shows: The picture shows Oded Zarai journalist.
