Literature: Enl. Adjustirungs und Ausrüstungs Vorschrift für das K.K. Heer II Theile Vienna 1871. Page 243. sleeves for lance (“Pickenschuh sammt Gürtel”) - full description of drawings. The sleeves have paper label with the print: “Muster. Ein paar Lanzenschuhe für Uhlanen.” On the back of the paper label a red seal with the inscription: “K. Militären Haupt,” and the Austrian Double Eagle. According to Captain Granberg.
