Post medieval coin; struck silver halfgroat of Elizabeth I, third coinage, dated to 1600-1601 (by the mint mark). Obverse very worn, portrait virtually indistinguishable, although the two pellets behind the bust can be seen, thus giving the denomination of the coin. Cypher mint mark.
