Tegner’s Villa (Villa Dahlgren): The Huskroppen is in the half-floor and has lying, bright greenish-painted panel with storey separating white list works. Below the right well running roof are consoles. The front stove that dominates the lake facade has three different, straight-tip arched windows. In the ground floor, a long running porch is drawn along the entire lake facade. A piece of this porch is today glazed. The villa was erected in 1876 by Miss Therese Dahlgren. The Villa Wolde consists of a T-shaped hull, with one length in two floors and one gable facing the bay. The roof falls are half depopulated. The facades have upright, lying down, yellow-painted panel. On the ground floor of the lake side runs a porch, which at the north corner shoots out in a multi-edged pavilion. The gable voice and porch have decorative, constructive details. According to the current owner, the villa was built in 1903. Source: “Gustafsberg. She learned the photograph from photographer Josefina Rydholm. Eventually, Maria took over the studio in the South Queen Street 13. Subsequently, in 1883, she opened her own studio on 11 Lagerberg Street. In addition, she had for some time a branch in Trollhättan. It was as a portrait photographer that she became known, she received many awards and awards for her professional skill. She was also active in photodocumenting different events in the city, exhibitions business and industries. The photographs are now in the photo archive of the Museum of Bohusläns.
